CM Saha also praised PM Modi for his significant victory in the West Bengal Assembly elections. The Chief Minister expressed his admiration for PM Modi’s leadership, emphasizing the people’s trust in his vision and people-centric politics. Detailed talks were held on strategies for economic growth, good governance, and enhancing grassroots organization in Tripura. CM Saha presented a photo frame of the Mata Tripura Sundari Temple to PM Modi, highlighting its transformation under the PRASHAD Scheme.
Furthermore, PM Modi inaugurated the redeveloped Mata Tripura Sundari temple last year, fulfilling a long-standing public demand. The temple, established in 1501 by Maharaja Dhanya Manikya, is a significant spiritual site in Tripura. The redevelopment, costing over Rs 54 crore, was supported by both the Central and Tripura governments.
