The Trivandrum region in Kerala has achieved the highest pass percentage in the CBSE Class 12 Board examinations, securing the top position nationwide with 95.62 percent. Following closely, Tamil Nadu’s Chennai region attained second place with 93.84 percent, and Karnataka’s Bengaluru ranked third with 93.19 percent. Other notable performances include the Vijayawada region in Andhra Pradesh with 92.77 percent, Delhi West with 92.34 percent, and Delhi East with 91.73 percent.
Ahmedabad recorded a pass percentage of 90.60 percent, Gurugram 88.45 percent, Ludhiana 87.92 percent, and Pune 87.32 percent. The lowest results were seen in the Prayagraj region at 72.43 percent and the Patna region at 74.45 percent. CBSE has also introduced digital platforms for students to access their examination results and certificates easily.
Students can utilize the DigiLocker mobile app to view and download their certificates and academic documents, including marksheets, passing certificates, migration certificates, and skill certificates. Additionally, the UMANG mobile app is available for result checking. CBSE has made digital academic documents accessible through ‘Parinam Manjusha’ and will send printed marksheets and certificates to students studying abroad through email.
For private candidates, electronic documents will be available in DigiLocker via their Aadhaar number. Printed documents for students under the Delhi East and Delhi West regional offices will be distributed at their examination centers. The process for students seeking to enhance their performance post the Main Examination 2026 will commence on June 2, 2026, and will be conducted online.
CBSE emphasized that no changes in name or subject will be permitted after the online list submission. Schools and students are urged to adhere strictly to the specified timeline, as applications beyond the deadline will not be entertained.
