The UK India Business Council (UKIBC) and T-Works Foundation inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in Hyderabad to enhance business collaborations between the UK and India in innovation, manufacturing, and technology sectors. This partnership aims to provide UK companies with a streamlined pathway to develop and scale products within India’s growing manufacturing ecosystem. The UKIBC’s expertise in policy advocacy and trade facilitation will complement T-Works’ advanced prototyping infrastructure.
The MoU facilitates UK businesses’ access to T-Works’ cutting-edge facilities for testing, validation, and local manufacturing of products. Simultaneously, startups and MSMEs within T-Works’ ecosystem will leverage UKIBC’s global network for international collaboration and market expansion. Dr. Kishore Jayaraman, Group CEO at UK India Business Council, highlighted that this collaboration bridges UK innovation with India’s manufacturing strengths, enabling co-development and scalable production for companies.
Joginder Tanikella, CEO of T-Works Foundation, emphasized that the agreement will empower innovators to transform ideas into manufacturable products, while assisting UK firms in developing and localizing solutions in India. This initiative is poised to reinforce the UK-India innovation ecosystem by fostering industry linkages and supporting product development through advanced manufacturing infrastructure.
