Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh released a 27-minute documentary on Operation Sindoor in Jaipur to commemorate the first anniversary of the military operation. The documentary was unveiled at the South Western Command headquarters during a joint commanders’ conference organized by the Sapta Shakti Command.
During his visit, Rajnath Singh was welcomed at the state hangar by Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, along with Deputy Chief Ministers Diya Kumari and Prem Chand Bairwa, Sports Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, and BJP Rajya Sabha MP Madan Rathore.
The documentary release event was attended by top military officials including Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Anil Chauhan, Chief of the Army Staff General Upendra Dwivedi, Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Dinesh K. Tripathi, and Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh. The Ministry of Defence later shared the documentary on X, hailing it as a tribute to the bravery and dedication of the Indian Armed Forces.
The documentary showcased the operational aspects of Operation Sindoor, emphasizing the coordination, discipline, and tactical prowess of the armed forces. It aimed not only to acknowledge the role of military personnel but also to instill a sense of patriotism and national pride among the populace. The launch ceremony was graced by senior defence officials, military commanders, and state dignitaries.
