Union Minister Giriraj Singh has countered Rahul Gandhi’s recent accusations against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Singh criticized Gandhi, labeling him as an ‘abodh baalak’ and condemned his remarks as irresponsible. He highlighted that Gandhi’s comments showcased a lack of comprehension regarding national and international matters.
Rahul Gandhi, speaking at an event in Vadodara, questioned the Prime Minister’s Lok Sabha speech, emphasizing a perceived omission of any direct mention of the United States. Gandhi insinuated that this omission was intentional and hinted at deeper implications. He further claimed that PM Modi deliberately avoided discussing the US and refrained from criticism, implying a compromised stance. Gandhi went on to assert that the Prime Minister was entirely under the influence of Donald Trump.
In response, Giriraj Singh addressed reporters, likening Rahul Gandhi to an ‘abodh baalak.’ He commended the leadership of PM Modi during the Covid-19 crisis, highlighting successful management without increasing fuel prices. Singh questioned Gandhi’s silence on fuel price hikes by the Himachal Pradesh government and contrasted India’s stability with price increases in other countries like the USA, Japan, and Germany. Singh expressed confidence in PM Modi’s leadership, emphasizing the country’s ability to overcome challenges effectively.
