Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare JP Nadda, speaking at the 2025-26 convocation of Manav Rachna Educational Institutions, urged young graduates to embrace responsibility towards the nation and society. Nadda highlighted the significance of the graduating cohort’s entry into professional life during a crucial phase leading up to India’s development goals for 2047.
He emphasized the dual role of opportunities and responsibilities that this phase presents, calling on the youth to actively contribute to national progress. Nadda stressed the importance of giving back to society and serving selflessly as a way of acknowledging the support received.
Nadda advised the students to uphold strong values, ethical behavior, and a dedication to public service as they embark on their careers. He also commended the transformative advancements in healthcare under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, noting the establishment of 23 AIIMS and improvements in various health indicators.
The Minister highlighted the positive impact of initiatives like Ayushman Bharat in reducing out-of-pocket healthcare expenses and enhancing accessibility to quality healthcare services. A total of 2,150 students across diverse fields were awarded degrees during the convocation, marking a significant academic achievement for the graduating cohort.
