Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia praised the issuance of commemorative postage stamps honoring Raja Bhoj and Rani Kamalapati, emphasizing the recognition of India’s cultural heritage and Madhya Pradesh’s historical legacy. He highlighted that this initiative by the Department of Posts signifies the government’s commitment to preserving India’s rich traditions and historical roots, aiming to connect younger generations with the country’s civilizational identity.

Scindia referred to Raja Bhoj and Rani Kamalapati as “living symbols” of India’s cultural consciousness, noting their significant contributions to history, governance, and society. He emphasized that these personalities embody India’s glorious traditions and civilization, inspiring people through the ages.

The Union Minister underscored that the decision to issue special stamps in honor of Raja Bhoj and Rani Kamalapati aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of “Vikas Bhi, Virasat Bhi” (development along with heritage).
