The film ‘Godari Gattupaina’ directed by Subash Chandra features actor Sumanth Prabhas in the lead role. Actress Reenu will portray the character Kanaka Mahalakshmi in the movie, as announced by Red Puppet Productions on Instagram. The production house also revealed that yesteryear actress Laila will play the role of Jhansi in the film.
Sumanth Prabhas, known for his role in ‘Mem Famous’, takes on the lead role in ‘Godari Gattupaina’, the debut production of Red Puppet Productions. Director Subash Chandra, previously associated with MR Productions, is making his directorial debut with this project. Nidhi Pradeep stars as the lead actress, with veteran actor Jagapathi Babu in a significant role.
The film, set against the backdrop of Velpuru, Relangi, and Bhimavaram in the Godavari districts, is titled ‘Godari Gattupaina’. The director promises a relaxing and fun-filled movie experience, capturing the essence of spending time with friends by the serene banks of the river Godavari on a breezy evening. The ensemble cast includes Reenu, Rajeev Kanakala, Laila, and other talented actors in pivotal roles.
