Actress Urmila Matondkar marked the festival of Holi with a joyful celebration alongside Shabana Azmi, Javed Akhtar, Tanvi Azmi, Richa Chadha, Ali Fazal, Divya Dutta, and designer Manish Malhotra, among others. Sharing glimpses on her Instagram, the ‘Pinjar’ star spread the festive cheer with colorful photos. The event was hosted by veteran couple Shabana Azmi and Javed Akhtar in Mumbai, where guests were seen reveling in music and colors, dressed predominantly in white attire.

The festive gathering captured moments of everyone dancing and enjoying the vibrant festivities, with Shabana and Javed actively participating in the color play. Known for their inclusive celebrations, the couple made sure to involve their close ones in the joyous occasion. Shabana Azmi recently commemorated her father’s birth anniversary with a gathering that included friends like Urmila, Dia Mirza, Vidya Balan, and Divya Dutta.

In a separate spotlight, Urmila Matondkar, who has been away from the spotlight, is gearing up for her return with the intense web series “Tiwari.” Under the direction of Saurabh Varma, the series follows the story of Kalki Tiwari, portrayed by Urmila, seeking vengeance after being wrongfully imprisoned.
