The yard, known for its green practices, is set to double its capacity to 9 million LDT to meet future demands.
The Alang ship recycling facility, compliant with the Hong Kong Convention, is a beacon of sustainable practices. Equipped with advanced amenities like a training institute and a Level 3 trauma center, Alang ensures safe and environmentally friendly operations. With plans to recycle 15,000 ships in the next decade, the yard is gearing up for expansion and technological enhancements to further its green initiatives.
