Radhakrishnan praised the increasing global confidence in Andhra Pradesh, citing interest and investments from major technology companies like Google. He emphasized the importance of patience in achieving success, drawing parallels with Sachin Tendulkar’s journey to his century of centuries in cricket.
Visakhapatnam is identified as a significant growth hub, especially in sectors such as data centers, IT, tourism, electronics, and digital infrastructure. The Vice-President mentioned key projects like hyperscale data centers and IT investments contributing to this growth.
The historic occasion marked a century of excellence for Andhra University. Radhakrishnan acknowledged the institution’s role in nurturing generations of students who have made significant contributions to nation-building. He also paid tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, emphasizing the importance of education in developing intellect and character.
