Bank of Baroda’s Ajay Ahlawat’s bowling effort of 2-31 kept Reliance in check but was not enough to avoid defeat.
In response, Bank of Baroda fought back strongly, with Jay Jain’s explosive 72 off just 37 deliveries, featuring six fours and five sixes. Meanwhile, at the DY Patil University ground, Atharva Taide’s unbeaten 67 led Canara Bank to a comfortable seven-wicket victory over DY Patil Blue, supported by Abhinav Manohar’s 30 not out.
