Actor Vishal, also the secretary of the South Indian Artistes Association, expressed gratitude to veteran Telugu actor Rajendra Prasad for apologizing for his recent comment about late actor and former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M G Ramachandran. Vishal appreciated Prasad for acknowledging the fans’ sentiments and seeking forgiveness for his remark.

In a video shared on social media, Vishal conveyed thanks on behalf of the association and MGR’s fans for Prasad’s apology. He emphasized the importance of understanding and rectifying mistakes, praising Prasad for his gesture of remorse. The actor highlighted the unity among fans in condemning disrespectful comments towards MGR.

Rajendra Prasad, in a speech at an event in Hyderabad, inadvertently made a comment that offended fans of MGR. Following the backlash, Prasad issued a heartfelt apology in Tamil, expressing deep respect for MGR and regret for his unintended words. He acknowledged the impact of his remark and sought forgiveness from those hurt by his statement.
