As Yash celebrated his 40th birthday, the makers of the film Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups unveiled a glimpse of his character, Raya, described as raw and intense. The clip, shared on Instagram and X, shows Raya in a cemetery setting, followed by a dramatic sequence in a car with a bomb in the background. Despite the chaos that ensues, Raya remains composed with a Tommy gun and cigar in hand.

Yash, in a brief caption, announced the film’s release date as March 19, 2026. Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups, written and directed by Yash and Geetu Mohandas, features leading ladies like Kiara Advani and Nayanthara. The film, shot in Kannada and English, with dubbed versions in multiple languages, is set in 1980s Goa, revolving around a drug cartel’s influence amid the state’s scenic backdrop.

The movie boasts a strong technical team, including cinematographer Rajeev Ravi and music by Ravi Basrur. Hollywood action director JJ Perry has choreographed the grand action sequences, with Anbariv and Kecha Khamphakdee as additional action directors. Produced by Venkat K., Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups is set for a global theatrical release on March 19, coinciding with Eid, Ugadi, and Gudi Padwa.
