Young equestrian Stasya Pandya from Mumbai clinched the silver medal in the Dressage Team Event (Children 1 category) at the Junior National Equestrian Championship (JNEC) 2025. The championship, held from December 18, 2025, to January 6, 2026, took place at two venues: the Embassy International Riding School in Bengaluru and the Army Polo and Riding Club in New Delhi.
Competing on Kirrhi Taonga from Surge Stables, Bengaluru, Stasya scored 67.463, contributing significantly to her team’s podium finish. The team’s combined score of 207.287 was achieved through consistent performances by other members, including Haripriya Singh and Amara Singh from Sea Horse Equestrian, Gujarat, and Dev Harish Kapoor from Modi Equestrian, Meerut.
Expressing gratitude for her success, Stasya thanked her coach, club, school, and parents for their unwavering support. She acknowledged the faith and trust placed in her by her coach Bobin Tshering and the top-notch training facilities provided by The Amateur Riders Club.
Coach Bobin Tshering commended Stasya’s progress, noting her remarkable growth since joining the Amateur Riders Club in 2023. He highlighted her achievements in both dressage and show jumping disciplines, including a gold medal in the FEI Jumping Children’s Classic. Stasya’s ability to excel in multiple areas has established her as a versatile and dedicated competitor.
