The much-anticipated teaser of Panchayat Season 4 is finally here, and it promises a storm of drama, humor, and high-voltage village politics. Premiering on July 2 on Prime Video, the new season gears up to take viewers back into the heart of rural India — where quirky characters, grounded storytelling, and everyday village issues once again form the soul of the series. But this time, the stakes are higher than ever, as the battle lines are drawn for the Phulera elections.

Election Fever Grips Phulera

Unveiled at the prestigious WAVES Summit 2025 in Mumbai, the teaser offers a glimpse into the chaotic and comical world of Phulera village as it prepares for an intense election season. What was once a peaceful hamlet is now buzzing with political tension and personal rivalries.

In the teaser, Pradhan Ji (Raghubir Yadav) faces stiff competition from the ever-ambitious Bhushan (Durgesh Kumar). The twist? Bhushan isn’t the only challenger. His wife, Kranti Devi, also throws her hat into the ring, setting the stage for a multi-cornered contest. Manju Devi (Neena Gupta), meanwhile, returns with her signature quiet authority, adding a strong female voice to the fray.

A fresh twist this season: the panchayat seat is reserved for women, bringing Manju Devi (Neena Gupta) and Kranti Devi (Sunita Rajwar) into the electoral fray1. This dynamic not only intensifies the rivalry but also injects new energy and perspectives into the political landscape of Phulera.

Jitendra Kumar once again dons the role of the likable Sachiv Ji, who finds himself unwillingly embroiled in the village’s growing political tussles. The ensemble cast also includes Faisal Malik (Prahlad), Chandan Roy (Vikas), Sanvikaa (Rinki), Sunita Rajwar (Kranti Devi), and Pankaj Jha, each contributing to the rustic yet vibrant tapestry that defines Panchayat.
