Jaipur, July 21 (IANS) The Rajasthan High Court has taken a stern view of the delay in the revival of Ramgarh Dam, directing senior government officials to present a concrete restoration plan on July 23.The court observed that if the government has the intent, the historic dam can still be revived, and expressed concern over continued encroachments and the disruption of its natural water flow.
