Guwahati, June 30 (IANS) A father and his daughter were arrested after Cachar Police seized suspected heroin and psychotropic tablets during an anti-narcotics operation in Assam’s Cachar district, officials said on Tuesday.The accused have been identified as Shamsur Uddin Laskar and his daughter, Rubina Begum.
