Mumbai, Dec 24 (IANS) Maharashtra Congress on Wednesday announced an alliance with the Rashtriya Samaj Paksha (RSP) led by Dhangar community leader Mahadev Jankar for the upcoming Municipal Corporation and Zilla Parishad elections.
