Guwahati, March 3 (IANS) Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Tuesday alleged that the Congress party has shaped its electoral strategy around Assembly constituencies dominated by what he described as “Bangladeshi-origin Muslims” ahead of the upcoming state elections.
