Draft Electoral Roll in Kerala Raises Concerns as Over 24 Lakh Names Excluded

Thiruvananthapuram, Dec 23 (IANS) The draft electoral roll prepared under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in Kerala has been published, State Chief Electoral Officer Ratan U.
