Mumbai, Feb 4 (IANS) Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Wednesday took serious note of the massive traffic jam caused by the accident of a gas tanker at Borghat on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the inconvenience caused to motorists.
