Jaipur, April 25 (IANS) Vice-President, C.P. Radhakrishnan, on Saturday emphasised that mental resilience is key in the fight against cancer and urged citizens, especially the youth, to stay away from intoxicants, tobacco, and similar substances to reduce cancer risk.
