Ahmedabad, March 2 (IANS) Police arrested Vishal Gurjar, former Youth Congress office-bearer and nephew of ex-Congress MLA Himmatsinh Patel, late Sunday night, for allegedly driving drunk and crashing into two parked cars in Maninagar, Ahmedabad.
