Srinagar, June 13 (IANS) Describing the journey of Kashmiri Pandits to that of exile to excellence, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor (L-G) Manoj Sinha said on Saturday that time has come for this community to reclaim its place in the Union Territory.
