New Delhi, Jan 2 (IANS) In a heartfelt plea, Dr Meetu Bhargava, sister of retired Indian Navy Commander Purnendu Tiwary, has urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi and External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar to intervene urgently in her brother’s case.
