Bhagalpur, Jan 7 (IANS) District Magistrate (DM) of Bhagalpur, Nawal Kishor Choudhary, has said that e-KYC (electronic Know Your Customer) and Aadhaar authentication are mandatory for farmers to continue receiving benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme and other agricultural services.
