Surat, July 20 (IANS) Three men from Uttarakhand have been arrested for allegedly facilitating a cyber fraud in which a Surat resident was duped of more than Rs 1.63 crore through a fake gold mining investment scheme, with investigators alleging that the accused provided bank accounts used to route the proceeds of the crime.
