Bengaluru, Jan 10 (IANS) The Karnataka unit of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday said that it will urge Governor Thawar Chand Gehlot not to give assent to the Hate Speech Bill as it will “curb” freedom of speech.
