Chandigarh, May 18 (IANS) The Haryana Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, on Monday approved rules for the grant of aggregator licences for delivery service providers under the Haryana Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993, besides a one-time switch for the Unified Pension Scheme for government employees and regularisation of unauthorised industrial units.
