Itanagar, June 10 (IANS) Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Wednesday lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Act East Policy’, saying it has transformed the perception of the state from a remote border region into a strategic gateway to Southeast Asia and a vital civilisational frontier of India.
