New Delhi, Jan 31 (IANS) Urging the need to strengthen international cooperation to combat the “global scourge” of terrorism, External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar on Saturday said that zero-tolerance for terrorism must be an uncompromising universal norm.
