Tokyo, Jan 28 (IANS) Early voting for Japan’s House of Representatives election scheduled for February 8 started at Japanese diplomatic missions worldwide and designated places in Japan on Wednesday, local media reported. Polling stations have been set up at 233 places in other countries, including embassies and consulates, for around 103,000 registered overseas voters, according to the Japanese government, Japan’s Kyodo News reported.
