Bengaluru, Feb 19 (IANS) Right to Information (RTI) activist Snehamayi Krishna, on Thursday, filed a complaint with the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Income Tax Department, levelling fresh and serious bribery allegations against Karnataka Chief Secretary Shalini Rajneesh.
