Kolkata, July 14 (IANS) Bela Behera from Odisha will finally get to watch the Puri Rath Yatra after a gap of over 10 years. After spending a decade at an old-age home in the Murshidabad district of West Bengal, she will be returning home to Ganjam in Odisha soon.
