New Delhi, Feb 15 (IANS) Senior journalist and noted author Harish Chandra Burnwal was on Sunday awarded a doctorate (PhD) for his outstanding research work on ‘Mann Ki Baat’ – the monthly radio broadcast of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
