Surat/Gandhinagar, May 2 (IANS) The Gujarat government will develop Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) as Common Service Centres and expand a network of more than 12,000 micro-ATMs across 14,330 gram panchayats to strengthen last-mile banking and service delivery, Agriculture Minister Jitu Vaghani said on Saturday.
