Kolkata, May 20 (IANS) The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested a Pakistan-backed spy involved in clandestinely passing confidential security-related information to Pakistan Intelligence Officers (PIOs) as part of an anti-India terror conspiracy, the central investigation agency said in a statement on Wednesday.
