Vadodara, March 21 (IANS) Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi on Saturday said Gujarat is increasingly leveraging technology to strengthen both development and public safety, as he announced and inaugurated projects worth Rs 538 crore across Vadodara city and district.
