Jammu, May 20 (IANS) In a major breakthrough against cross-border narcotics smuggling, Jammu and Kashmir Police have seized a heroin consignment weighing around 1.5 to 2 kg in the Bishnah area near the International Border with Pakistan after developing intelligence inputs over the past week, officials said.Police said that the heroin consignment was dropped through a drone along the border area and was intercepted before it could reach its intended recipients.According to police, acting on prec…
