Bhubaneswar, April 16 (IANS) The Odisha Science and Technology department on Thursday signed a memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Centre for Coastal Research under the Ministry of Earth Sciences to launch a Marine Spatial Plan (MSP) in the state.
