New Delhi, Dec 24 (IANS) Taking note of the worsening air quality in the national capital and adjoining NCR areas, the Delhi High Court on Wednesday asked the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Council to convene a meeting at the earliest to consider lowering the 18 per cent GST levied on air purifiers.
