Jaipur, July 22 (IANS) The Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC) has made registration of all pet dogs and cats mandatory and announced that owners who fail to register their pets by September 30 will face a penalty of up to Rs 5,000.The civic body has provided a two-month grace period to enable residents to complete the registration process.
