New Delhi, April 3 (IANS) The Congress on Friday announced the appointment of 27 All India Congress Committee (AICC) observers for the upcoming Tamil Nadu Assembly elections, with the party high command approving the list with immediate effect.The appointments were cleared by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, according to an official statement issued by AICC General Secretary K.C.
