Patna, July 17 (IANS) In a major operation to strengthen law and order, curb crime and enforce Bihar’s prohibition law, the Patna Police conducted a district‑wide special drive on July 16 under the direction of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kartikeya K.
