Bhubaneswar, Dec 30 (IANS) Senior BJD leader and Deputy Leader of Opposition Prasanna Acharya on Tuesday hit out at the Odisha Government, alleging that the paddy procurement system in the state has “completely collapsed”, pushing farmers into distress sale.
