Guwahati, July 22 (IANS) Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Wednesday visited the flood-ravaged Sonari subdivision in Charaideo district to review the ground situation as severe flooding continued to disrupt normal life across several parts of Upper Assam.
