Seoul, Dec 27 (IANS) South Korea has confirmed two additional cases of highly pathogenic avian influenza at poultry farms, bringing the total number of cases this season to 24, officials said on Saturday.The latest case was found at a chicken farm the county of Yeongam, 380 kilometers south of Seoul, earlier in the day, which raises about 33,000 chickens, according to the Central Disaster Management Headquarters, reports Yonhap news agency.On late Friday, the city of Asan, around 85 km south of …
