Srinagar, July 14 (IANS) Sheikh Mustafa Kamal, the veteran National Conference (NC) leader, former Minister and younger brother of NC President Farooq Abdullah, passed away on Tuesday after a protracted illness in Jammu and Kashmir’s Srinagar city.
