Kolkata, Dec 30 (IANS) A complaint was filed against Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar and West Bengal’s Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Manoj Kumar Agarwal at a police station in the Purulia district on Tuesday, police said.
